We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right, returns are free and simple.
Our returns policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags, dust bags and packaging included.
Free returns
Returns are free for UK orders. To start a return, email help@mybag.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid returns label with instructions.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days — usually much sooner. We'll email you to confirm when it's done.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away at help@mybag.com and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected.
